Information/Resources for Parents/Caregivers

Parent Action on Drugs has a range of resources for parents to approach the issues related to alcohol, marijuana and other drugs with their children. These issues can be very different, depending on such factors as gender, age and stage of development, whether a youth has experimented with drugs, whether they are in an environment where others are using drugs and whether they have made decisions about how alcohol and other drugs fit into their lives.

The Parent Action Pack is a combination of a number of different pamphlets and brochures, including:

We have put the information from many of these resources right on the website or made the resource available in a PDF format for downloading and printing. All parent materials can be obtained from Parent Action on Drugs free of charge for a single copy. Marijuana Risks and Realities
